Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. No refunds are permitted to be issued.
Can I purchase tickets at The Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center?
Tickets can be purchased at the SLPAC box office depending on the show promoter. Diamond Grade Media Entertainment shows have box office hours Monday - Friday from 1PM - 5PM.
I can't find my tickets!
All ticket purchasers and their tickets are saved in the back-end of our ticketing systems. If you misplace your tickets, all tickets can be looked up and scanned at the Box Office on the night of the event
I no longer need or am able to use my tickets!
All ticket sales are final, and we are not able to issue refunds. Any reselling of tickets is the responsibility of the ticket holder.
Are tickets available anywhere other than www.sugarloafpacny.com & www.sugarloaftix.com?
Authentic tickets are only available at www.sugarloafpacny.com or www.sugarloaftix.com. We do not sell tickets off of Ticketmaster, VividSeats, EventBrite, or any other ticketing platform. Unauthentic ticket-holders will NOT be permitted entry to shows at the Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center.
Are handicapped seats available?
Our venue offers handicapped seating for our guests. Please note that ADA accessiblity is available at ground level, but we do not have elevators. If you require accessible seating, please call ahead to make arrangements!
