Starring Josh Charles as the brilliant but blunt Dr. Martian Best, the series follows a top Boston surgeon whose no-nonsense bedside manner collides with quirky small-town life. Inspired by Doc Martin, the show blends sharp comedy with heart and charm, featuring Abigail Spencer, Annie Potts, Josh Segarra, and Cree Cicchino.
